- 3 deposits,-$500 for - $120 Thomas Wright Dinner for workshop, -$460 sending Rob to Clay Convention, - 15.90 check deposit stamp, - $40 Postal rental, total of $1449.93 left in budget.

- Old Business
- Open Studio Update- grant has been submitted and a walk through has been done from community foundation.
- Sub committee meeting November 7th 12 pm at AIG
- Tom Wright Workshop willing to do workshop again
- October 10th 11 am. Ernie will do a head workshop 2 hrs , Rob and Ernie will each bring a bag of soldate- Guild members should bring 10- 15 lbs of their own clay Ernie will provide modeling tables and boxes. He will provide a generic head then we will look at where the features are in comparison to each other. It will be a systematic approach. Cut off date for joining- October 3rd, 12 person limit (now full)
- New Business
- Guild get together: pot swap, location, time, date Mary suggests host at her house next summer, city park or Schumaker park gazebo would be nice.
- October 24th 1pm, Schumaker Pond, Pot Luck and Pot exchange
- Sarah will look in to reservation of Schumaker Pond.
- Next workshops
- Rob will talk to Thomas about a specific mold making class.
- Vicki suggests going to the courthouse to see the tile installation there.
- Next meeting date- Saturday December 12th lunch meeting at Evolution Brewery 1pm
