Minutes of Mini Meeting At Art League of Ocean City :  Call to order 12:30 Sept. 17, 2023  In attendance : Patricia Rose, Imogene Halcott, Sarah Halcott, Robert Johnson, Marie Cavallaro, Ernie Satchell 
Theme for 2024 Stacked Art  Project: Self Portrait as Anything   
This years theme for Clay-a-palooza is Show Stoppers      -Members can add 1-3 self curated pieces that will be displayed on islands of about 2 pedestals each.  We will accept around 13-15 artists for the event. Sign up by March 2024.       -The mug tree will be available for mugs     -Some wall space will be available for 2D must be asked for early to fill.      -Each artist participating will fill out a questionnaire to have a bio posted on the wall near their work. 
Questions for wall:  Name:  What brought you to clay and what do you love about it.   Describe your work: 

Artisans market will correspond with first Friday opening      Artists will be asked to pay a $10 entry fee that will be donated to the Clay guild. Artists will need to sign a contract with the Clay Guild about the event.  There will be 8 tables available for artists in the artisans market. Each artist must reserve a spot with The Clay Guild to join. Contact: Sarah H.   The Wrap up
