Call to Order 12:11 pm
Review minutes from last meeting
Membership - New members :Paul Swartwood, Nicole Bishop, Jason Gusti, Karen Bearman Paid at meeting, Susie
Treasurers Report - We received a return a refund for the room of 250.88, we donated 150 to AIG reimbursed Rob 77.90 for dinner with Ray, reimbursement from Ray for $70 from workshop, Membership dues from Paul, Nicole and Jason = 50, $160 from workshop, total deposit $285 (Ernie will review)
Revised information: The Raku Bogle workshop expenses:

Workshop Fee $500.00
Dinner 77.93
Supplies 80.00
Total $657.93
Money for workshop - 160.00
Total cost 497.93

Members decided: In the future workshop fees should balance with actual workshop cost.

Balance in account 1266.16+ (money coming in as of today)

Happening Now:
AI&G Open Studio
Patricia is the Studio Tech, Classes are being scheduled contact Ellen Sproules who is volunteering as education director: [email protected] they are now paying teachers $30/ hr
still need more volunteers for open studio time, Sarah is working on a calendar.

Coming Up:
October 28th -Denim & Dazzle- $75 single, $130 couple
Saturday and Sunday there is a show for people who donated work in the Powell Building on the 29th and 30th
Upcoming workshops -
Rob will teach 2 workshops: Please RVSP ASAP Come to one or both!
Bottle making workshop: Saturday the 24th 11 am
Naked RaKu workshop: October 9th, 10 am, Bring Lunch! 4 pots per person
$40 per workshop + $10 material fee for members
$60 per workshop + $10 material fee for non members
$20 per workshop to watch with no material fee
Next Meeting November 12th at Salisbury University
Working on Ugly Pots- adding glaze and re-fireing bring 1 piece to Re-fire at cone 6 or just listen to me talk about re-fire - free for members.
