  • Call to Order 11:20am
  • Treasures Report: Current Balance 1013.00
  • Add $120 from memberships and workshops today 
    • Membership 
      • 3 members paid for current year before meeting plus 4 new members,  2 students, 2 regular 
      • All memberships up to this moment are prorated to June 30th - 2024
On Going Business
  • Workshops: 
    • Upcoming Barrel/Saggar April 1st & 2nd Making days, May 7th firing day. Please RSVP
    • Fall Workshop Suggestions
      • September -“Tea Party” Collaborative Teacher- Informative Tea Pot Class- Ask for the 23rd- 1-4 pm $60. Teacher fee would be a donation to Clay Guild, be sure to have brochures by then 
      • Patricia Extruder Class 11-12:30- Wall Bud Vases  $40/ 18 max 
      • Sarah 2-4pm Throwing Class in pottery class room 4 students max
  • Clay-a-palooza Update
      • Month long Exhibition: 
          • May 30th 
          • set up stacked art @ 12/ noon,
          • set up exhibition @ 2pm, 
            • please bring any stacked art finished to our studio by May 20th so we can plan our set up ahead and make set up day easier. If you need it fired bring sooner and contact us about the firing.  
        • Month long Exhibition participants: Nicki, Jeff, Kathy, Marie, Rob, Sarah, Patricia
      • First Friday Vendor Downstairs Classroom: Set up @ 2pm June 2nd.  
        • Please RSVP for Artisans Market or Exhibition if I do not have you in the list. 
    • Saturday June 17th Classes or Demos 
      • Patricia Cup Class 11-12 Decorate your own mug, 3-4 another class cups?
      • Ernie Throwing Demos 1-3 Teapot 
      • Marie Possibly Sea Shell Plates 
      • Raku makers day/ firing/ Rob @ 11am -
      • Raku Decorating one day class @1 pm. 
  • Clay-works order Orders must be in by the 10th of March.
  • Brochure still in the works (keeping Guild apps on hand in the meantime)
  • BBQ Ice cream Social - white elephant bowl exchange July 22, Rain date: July 23rd / Bowl Exchange /4-8pm.
