Robert is a professional ceramic artist with over 9 years experience.  He teaches pottery and special workshops on glazing and firing techniques.   With the help of his wife Sarah they own and operate Amused Studios a home based pottery and art studio in Salisbury, MD.

Ernie is a charter member and first president of the Clay Guild of the Eastern Shore.  He served a total of six years 2005-2008 and 2010-2013.

Secretary : Sarah Halcott

Sarah is a philosopher turned artist.  She started working with clay during her senior year at Salisbury University.  Immediately after graduating she became the studio technician for the ceramics department at SU.  Sarah has been a full time ceramic artist ever since.  Her passion led to the creation of Amused Studios a pottery studio based out her home where she creates and teaches pottery..
